Yet now the current culture speaks of men who race alongside with women to fashion outlets; personal effects stores; and beauty centers such as facial, body, and foot spas and clinics.
But is the metrosexual guy a fitting image for the men of the new generation?
To some extent, it is. Men will always project the same image of a firm, strong, and masculine character. Yet at the same time there are also inevitable changes around him to which he must adjust to. With the rapid and continuous expansion of things and possibilities around him, he cannot but help to make a certain degree of adaptation.
The metrosexual look is not a femenine thing as it appears. It is actually a celebration of masculinity. What is more remarkable than a man who seeks the proper care for his physical appearance or body and who seeks to carry himself in a great and pleasing sense of style? It is the responsibility of a guy to create the best projection out of himself.
The metrosexual attitude is, however, healthy to a certain extent. When it develops into a vanity or a selfish obsession, then it loses its essence.

Besides, part of men's key to success in both career and lovelife depends on having the winning looks. This does not exactly mean being handsome and gorgeous in appearance.
