Food is for men's satisfaction and pleasure. Yet the question is how healthy and safe is their diet? Here are some of the food items which you must minimize in your diet. So guys, open your fridge and be up for the surprise of your life.
1. Meat - This food group is a good source of nutrients especially protein, yet it is also rich in fats. Whether it be pork, beef, or chicken, as much as possible minimize your meat intake. Fried chicken especially is one abundant source of fats. You wouldn't want to see your cholesterol and blood pressure shot to a high level, would you? Are you aware that the number one killer of men is heart attack and stroke. Often, the main cause of this disaster is high blood pressure caused by cholesterol and fatty foods.
2. Whole eggs - They are the most common morning meal and perhaps among men's favorites. Whether they are scrambled or cooked in a different way, eggs are high in cholesterol. You must then control your egg diet.
3. Shrimps - They make the most delicious dishes. The bad news is that these tasty meals can be your passport to a high cholesterol level and blood pressure. There is no need to expound on this since you already know what can happen next.
4. Hotdogs and sausages - They make nice footlong sandwiches, but they can also be dangerous to your health when they are a frequent part of your diet.
5. Chocolates - Who says that chocolates are only for kids? Some men like to indulge themselves on chocolates. If you are a chocolate lover, then better watch out for the amount you take.
